Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara (2009) as a Romanesque baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin decorated with a pattern of diagonal ribs all around, raised on a round-to-square base. The Enciclopedia… (ibid.) notes diagonal ribs in Guadalajara fonts at Bochones, Bustares, Salmerón and Villaescusa de Palositos, and this type of base in the fonts at Atienza (San Bartolomé and San Gil), Villaescusa de Palositos and Salmerón.
