Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara (2009), similar to the font at Bochones, with suggested date in the late-13th century. The font is partly embedded in the north wall at the west end of the nave; the round basin is of a type repeated in this region, with a roll moulding at the upper rim, a band of scallop motif below, and ribbed pattern all around the sides and underbowl, with smaller scallops between the tops of the ribs, this last motif an addition not found in the other specimens of this type; raised on a short pyramidal stem with fluted pattern on the sides, similar to the one at Villaescusa de Palositos. The Enciclopedia (ibid.) also notes its similarity with the fonts at Bochones, Casillas de Atienza and Hijes, and with the fonts at nearby El Ordial, Gascueña de Bornova and Prádena de Atienza, and the fonts at Almiruete, Olmeda de Cobeta, Ujedos, and the later font at Miedes de Atienza.
