Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara (2009) as the basin of a baptismal font from the Romanesque church of Santa María, in the now abandoned village of La Golosa, in the municipality of Berninches; only the ruins of the church remain. The old font from that church, informs this same source, is a plain monolithic basin made of sandstone, and was moved to Berninches, where it now [ca. 2009] serves as a planter. This same source gives the fonts of Tobillos, Ventosa and Chiloeches, in the same province, as cognates: "la vieja pila bautismal del templo fue trasladada a Berninches, donde actualmente se conserva reutilizada como jardinera.
