Baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin decorated with a set of blind round arches all around, raised on a moulded and panelled square pedestal base; the upper rim of the basin, above a thin moulding, is damaged at one of the staples of the old cover. The basin and base are not matched, the basin possibly 14th-century, likely from the original mid-14th century church, the base probably and addition from the 16th-century Renaissance period. [NB: the entry in the Base de Datos del Patrimonio Inmueble de Andalucia-SIPHA for this church [http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/cultura/iaph/bdi/resumen.do?id=i249336] [accessed 29 January 2010] does not mention the baptismal font]
