Font Notes:
The Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla y León (2002- ) notes a holy-water stoup at the nearby Ermita de Santa Lucia, described as an object 'of doubtful chronology', 94 cm tall and 40 cm wide at the diameter of the basin: "En la iglesia se conserva igualmente una curiosa pila
The stoup consists of three parts that may not have been originally intended as a whole; the plain basin is round with tapering sides; it is raised on a plain cylindrical stem and a quadrangular lower base that has a decorative panel on the side(s); the last two parts may belong together, and the round moulding between the two brings them together. The whole has been cemented into a corner at the back of the church.
