Noted in 'On the ancient stone fonts of Cornwall' (1851) as a Third-Pointed [i.e., Perpendicular] font with decoration similar to the one at Zennor [cf. Index entry]. The font illustrated in A Snap in Time entry for Mabe [http://www.caerkief.co.uk/Churches/Mabe.html] [accessed 26 November 2009] is, or appears to be, however, modern, unless it is a complete re-cuting of modern times.
