Noted in Parker (1855): " Font, an octagon, with panelled bowl and pedestal". Illustrated in the context of the church interior in Knott (2008). The font has an octagonal basin decorated with a variety of motifs (floral, shields, etc.) inscribed in pointed quatrefoils; the underbowl chamfer has floral motifs; the octagonal stem has tracery, including pairs of trefoiled arches all around the stem; the lower base is octagonal and moulded; plain polygonal plinth; modern.
