Parker (1855) mentions that with the exception of a north doorway from the Norman period and a round tower, "the whole of the work is modern". The Beyton Guide description of All Saints [http://www.thebeytonguide.co.uk/allsaintschurch/] [accessed 10 November 2009] notes and illustrates the font: "The octagonal font (placed at the West end near the entrance […]) is unusually plain, but it is clearly mediaeval and may well be 14th century." The font consists of an octagonal basin with plain vertical sides, raised on a plain octagonal stem and lower base. The wooden cover has a flat octagonal base and a turned finial; appears modern. [NB: we have no information on the font of the original Norman church]
