Noted and illustrated in Knott: "ornate font, looking like a 14th century wedding cake". The font has an octagonal basin with crenellated upper end, a crocketed cinquefoil arch-head below on each side; human heads at the angles of the underbowl, graded moulding on the sides; a charged shield on each side of the octagonal pedestal base and a buttress at each angle; moulded lower base.
