Parker (1855) notes: "The font has a good D[ecorated] shaft, but the bowl is truncated." A font in this church is noted and illustrated in Knott (2002, 2007), an octagonal basin of modern cut raised on a base of clustered columns, introduced by Richard Phipson's renovation of the 1860s. [NB: we have no information on the font described in Parker]
