Scene Description: Source caption: "Uggeshall church would not look out of place in a Saxon village. There once was a tower but it fell quarter of a millennium ago. The whole building is thatched, tower and porch, nave and chancel. The south door is in the Norman style and may have replaced an original. The church was virtually rebuilt in the 14th c."
