Parker (1855) reports a modern font in this late-medieval church. The modern font at St. Andrew's is noted in illustrated in Knott (2008), who describes it as "mock Norman". The modern font is a quadrangular block decorated with the anagram IHS in a circle on the front [east?] side, and sets of five dog-tooth motif at the angles. [NB: the south doorway of this church is dated to the mid-12th century, and there may have been a church here sinde the Domesday survey of 1086, but we have no information on the font of this church].
