The octagonal basin has an inscription of the beginning of the Credo text on the sides, over two lines, that appears to read top to bottom on each side before continuing on the next side; moulded underbowl chamfer; round stem with prominent centre ring decorated with geometrical motifs; moulded round-to-octagonal lower base with serrated sides. It appears to be a crude work by a local mason.
