Noted in [http://www.ghironda.com/valgrana/rubriche/vg-arte.htm] [accessed 8 July 2009]: "nella parrocchiale di San Pietro si conserva un meraviglioso fonte battesimale opera dei fratelli Zabreri risalente al 1456." The font consists of an octagonal basin with narrow sides bearing the beginning of the Credo text; the tall underbowl chamfer is slightly curved and is decorated with crowned emblems, charged shields, plants and scallops [NB: on this font a plant takes the place of the most common leaf at the angles]; the usual octagonal centre ring on am otherwise round pedestal stem, the sides of the ring bearing letters (?); the splaying lower base is round-to-octagonal, and is decorated with large leaves, two keys [St. Peter's?], etc.; there are mouldings on the stem and base.
