Pevsner & Wilson (1997) note that the remains of the old church of St. Edmund date to the 15th century, and that the new church, also dedicated to St. Edmund, has "a simple drum" font. The font at new St. Edmund's is illustrated in Knott (2006): it is a plain square basin raised on a plain cylindrical pedestal, a modern font. [NB: we have no information on the original font of old St. Edmund's]
