J.S. Walker, in volume 5 of the 'Ilam Anastatic Drawing Society' (1864?) [http://www.archive.org/details/ilamanastasicdra05ilamuoft] [accessed 7 July 2009] reports: "The bowl of the ancient font now stands in a cottager's garden." A print of the church and its antiquities prior to the 1864 renovation by H. Curzon, including the font, now in the Sir Henry Dryden Collection, Northamptonshire.
