Noted in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla y León (2002- ) as an odd sandstone baptismal font raised on a two-step base; it is slightly curved at the sides and has an indentation at the upper rim, otherwise plain and, the source recognises, of difficult dating: "En la nave del evangelio, bajo el coro, se halla la pila bautismal, una rara pieza de arenisca, de 63 cm de altura y 87 cm de diámetro, formada por un vaso liso, de paredes ligeramente curvadas, con un rebaje perimetral en la parte superior, dispuesto sobre doble escalón circular. Sin ningún elemento que nos recuerde a cualquier otra pila, de cualquier época, su cronología nos resulta totalmente imposible de situar."
