Font Notes:
Baptismal font consisting of an octagonal basin of vertical sides decorated with blank shields in hexafoils alternating with tracery patterns, raised on an octagonal stem, lower base and plinth. The wooden cover is round and flat, with carved upper surface and metal cross finial. Bot font and cover are probably from the mid-19th century renovation of the original Norman and Early English church [NB: we have no information on the original font of this church]
