The present font is a 19th-century version of a late-medieval design: octagonal basin with shields and floral motifs on the sides, raised on an octagonal pedestal base with shields with intials in them in tarcery fields. On a two-step plinth. Wooden cover of the same period, low dome with moulded edges (there is a plain flat cover behind the font; also modern]. [NB: we have no information on any other fonts from this church; we have dound no record of an earlier church here].
