Described and illustrated in Sáenz Rodríguez (2004), who suggests a date in the 14th century; this font was first moved from the abandoned parish church of Santa Elena, in Turza, to the Museo del claustro de la catedral in Santo Domingo de la Calzada; from there it was moved in 1975 to the new parish church of La Inmaculada, in Nájera, where it is at present, raised on a later base; somewhat similar to the fonts at Cellorigo and El Collado, in the same area. In the Enciclopedia del románico en La Rioja (2008) as a baptismal font dated somewhere between the 12th and 14th centuries, raised on an octagonal-to-square pedestal of later date; the plain basin retains two metal staples at its upper rim.
