The entry for the monastery in Jüterbog Kultererbe Europas [https://www.jueterbog.eu/seite/180434/moenchenkloster_jueterbog_-_franziskanerkloster.html] [accessed 23 August 2025] reports the donation of the baptismal font from the Franciscan monastery church to the parish church ca. 1710 by the the mayor: "Um 1710 stiftete der damalige Bürgermeister Flemming der Pfarrkirche Altar und Taufbecken."
The entry for the Jüterbog parish church [Pfarrkirche St. Jacobi (St.-Jacobi-Kirche)]
reports a late-Gothic font consisting of an octagonal basin and a round base, as well as its 16th-century brass baptismal dish in the church: "Der spätgotische Taufstein mit achteckiger Kuppa und rundem Fuß hat einen achteckigen Sockel. In einem Holzring auf dem Taufstein befindet sich eine Taufschale aus Messing aus dem 16. Jahrhundert."
However, if Lübke reports the Gothic figural font in Jüterbog ca. 1870...? [problem / conflictive info? did the font end up in St Jacobi or in Bad Belzig?]
The Wikipedia entry for the monastery [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mönchenkirche_(Jüterbog)] [accessed 23 August 2025] reports that its sandstone font of 1568 is located in the Kirche St. Marien in Bad Belzig: "Der Taufstein wurde im Jahre 1568 aus Sandstein gefertigt. Er befindet sich in der Kirche St. Marien in Bad Belzig." [cf BSI entry for Bad Belzig]
