The Victoria County History (Northampton, vol. 4, 1937) has a church interior plan that shows a font in the west end of the north aisle, by the north entranceway [the church has only a north entrance], but there is no mention of the medieval font. The font in use in this church is modern, of the 19th vcentury. [NB: the fabric of the building goes back to the 12th and 13th centuries, but we have no information on the medieval font of this church]
