Noted in Sherwood & Pevsner (1974): "Font. C14. Octagonal, with blind tracery on each face." The wooden font is octagonal and flat, with a round knob handle; it appears moder, but shows through the old metal staples of the upper rim of the basin. The tracery is located on the panels of the basin, themselves in thick piping frames; the underbowl chamfer has graded moulding, and there are mouldings at the top and bottom of the stem of the base. [NB: the outer surface of the font appears to have been re-tooled or drastically cleaned recently]
