A bucket-shaped vessel with a conical interior well; there appears to be a plugged drain hole in it; the ouetr surface of the upper basin is roughly patterned with criss-crossed lines. It is not know whther or not this was ever made as a font or stoup; it could be a domestic or farm vessel.
