The Victoria County History (Northampton, vol. 5, 2002) informs of a new 18th-century font: "late 12th-century chancel [...] The interior of the church was repaired, the ceiling coved and plastered, the windows reglazed, and a new font, pulpit, desk and pews installed by Pulter Forrester in 1770-4." [NB: we have no information on the original font of the late-12th century building]
