Pevsner & Cherry (1973) note: "Fonts. One C18, of baluster type.-- The other circular, with four faces sticking out. Probably a C13 piece, completely re-cut." The old baptismal font consits of a bucket-shaped basin with four protruding human heads at 90-degree angles on the upper sides; raised on a circular pedestal base with mouldings at top and bottom; round lower base; both appear modern. [NB: the whole font has a smooth machine-tool finish, and shows new-stone insert repairs in the basin].
