Special Collections Dept., done by Harvey Pridham in February 1889 accompanied by the following description: "All circular. Circular bowl inside, no lead, vertical sides, flat plan, 8 1/4 deep, 2 3/4 margin. Flat poor bracketed cover. Position, South side of nave, West side of South door." Noted in Buck (1951) as a good example of Early English font design.
