Polygonal basin resting directly on a modern plinth; appears re-cut. The church is said to be a 12th-century re-building of the original Celtic church; the actual font could perhaps be medieval, either of the 12th-century building or, more likely, from the later 14th-century re-building, but appears to have been re-cut from its original shape. The old wooden cover is octagonal, of pyramidal shape, with finial.
