Noted in Verey and Brooks (1999-2002): "Font. Of veined Italian grey marble." This source further notes that the new church was rebuilt in 1783-1785 "by Charles Evans, the fifth Duke;s London carpenter, slightly to the E[ast] of the medieval church" [NB: we have no information on the font of that earlier church]
