Font Notes:
A note on the ca. 1760 rebuilding of this church appeared in the CCCCXXII entry of the 'Gloucestershire Notes and Queries' (1881). It is probably to around this date that the octagonal baluster-shaped moulded font belongs. The wooden cover is octagonal and flat, probably of that or later period. [NB: we have no information on the original church or its font].
