There are four entries for Condicote [variant spelling] in the Domesday survey [http://opendomesday.org/place/SP1528/condicote/] [accessed 13 December 2018] none of which mentions cleric or church in it. The entry for this parish in the Victoria County History (Gloucester, vol. 6, 1965) informs: "Much of the fabric survives from a 12th-century building, the plan of which has apparently remained unaltered. [...] The plain octagonal bowl of the font, which was moved to its position by the south door in 1888, appears to have been cut into its present shape in the 15th century from an earlier circular bowl." [footnoted to the Transaction of B.G.A.S., XLVI, 130-1, 134]. Noted in Verey & Brooks (1999-2002): "The font appears to have been cut into its present octagonal shape from a circular bowl, in the C15." The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: SP1516028331] notes: "Anglican Parish Church. Late C12 nave and chancel with C15 remodelling, restored (heavily) 1888 by Mark Hookham of Stow-on-the-Wold. [...] Font octagonal on heavy stem, possibly C14, moulded lip; Verey suggests that it is C15 and cut back from circular bowl." The font now has the shape of an octagonal tub with plain tapering sides; the only decoration is an ugly double moulding left at the upper end. The wooden cover is flat and plain, octagonal.
