Illustrated in Objectifs patrimoine (2008). Elegant marble piece consisting of a round basin decorated with protruding lip at the upper rim, then stylised ribbing on the underbowl; these ribs project downwards as fluting on the circular stem; moulded lower base. The wooden cover is flat but carved around the edge; it is hinged in the middle [does it open to a pair on inner wells?]; it has double lids and the well is lined.
