Font Notes:
Baptismal font probably of the date of the church itself, the 18th century; it consists of a round basin of roughly hemispherical shape, decorated with a prominent roll mouldind at the upper rim, below which is a scotia and, further down, a ribbed pattern all around covering also the underbowl; it is raised on a short moulded pedestal base; both pieces appear to be marble, the basin light brown and speckled with black, the base of a darker greyish colour. This would be the font in which Francisco de Goya would have been baptised.
