Illustrated in The Gloucestershire Photo Library [http://www.allthecotswolds.com/] [accessed 6 January 2008]. Baptismal font consisting of an octagonal basin and a pedestal base of the same shape; the sides of the basin have a large quatrefoil doubly inscribed in a circle and a square; the ends of the stem are moulded. Round flat wooden cover with metal decorations and ring handle. The font is probably Perpendicular, of the 15th century, and obviously not the original one from the old church, the fabric of which goes back to the Norman period as attested by the portal and other remains. [NB: we have no information on the original font]
