Noted in Verey & Brooks (1999-2002): "stone font […] by Wyatt" [i.e, T.H. Wyatt, London architect of the Victorian period]. The baptismal font, located at the west end of the nave, south side, consists of an octagonal basin decorated with small stylised inserts on the sides, and graded mouldings on the underbowl; raised on a plain octagonal pedestal base. [NB: the tower dates back to the 13th century, but we have no information on the medieval font].
