Bath-tub shaped baptismal font (?) raised on a modern base; pronounced rib at upper end; the two long sides are decorated: on one is a pair of ring-handle like motifs with a heart-shaped leaf inside; on the opposite side are a pair of lion heads on the upper side, and a devil-like head in the centre-bottom, which appears to include the drain [cf. Index entry for Rome No. 21 for a similar object in the same museum]
