Bath-tub shaped marble baptismal font probably of the 17th or 18th century; the inside of the well is divide into two compartments as French fonts of the 16th century often are; the outside of the basin is decorated with winged cherub heads and garlands at 90-degree angles. A notice by the font informs that it is where Beata Maria Domenica Brun Barbantini was baptised on 17 January 1789. [cf. Index entry for Lucca No. 3 for an earlier font in the same church]
