Noted in Kelly's Oxford Directory of 1911 [http://www.historicaldirectories.org/hd/d.asp] [accessed 1July 2007]: "within the south doorway there is a curious holy water stoup of early date" [Kelly (ibid.) also notes a baptismal font of the Decorated period in this church -- cf. Index entry for Fritwell No. 1]. The Victoria County History (Oxford, vol. 6, 1959) notes: "There is a 13th-century holy-water stoup in the chancel".
