There are five entries for this Willingham [variant spelling] in the Domesday survey [http://opendomesday.org/place/SK8784/willingham-by-stow/] [accessed 5 July 2016], none of which mentions a church int; one, however, does mention a priest, Ernwin, as shared lord in 1066, which probably indicates the existence of a church there. Noted in Pevsner, Harris and Antram (1989): "Font. Transitional, drum-shaped, with pointed little arches on coupled shafts."
