Lewis' Dictionary of 1848 reports a font of solid stone in this church, a chapel-at-ease to Kidderminster. Its present font, which, like the rest of the church is in the Norman style, is illustrated in Flisker [https://www.flickr.com/photos/tudorbarlow/tags/trimpley/] [accessed 20 July 2025]: the present font consists of a plain bucket-shaped basin raised on a cylindrical pedestal base and a round-to-square lower base decorated with mouldings and corner details; round and flat wooden cover with know finial. [NB: not known whether an earlier font and church existed here]
