Lewis' Dictionary of 1848 reports "a curious font sculptured with armorial bearings" in this church. Described in Pevsner, Harris and Antram (1989): "Octagonal, Perp[endicular]. The stem partly with seated figures, partly with panelling. On the bowl pointed quatrefoils and three shields."
