Described in Orrin (1988): "The 13th-century font near the south doorway has a plain cylindrical bowl with a single roll-moulding around the rim. The modern blocks which form the stem are chamfered on their upper edge to meet the flat underside of the bowl. It has an octagonal base set on a square plinth." The Church in Wales web site [www.churchinwales.org.uk], which gives the date of consecration of this church as 1250, notes that "the font was re-based" in 1970]
