Baptismal font consisting of a large hemispherical basin taised on a squat truncated square pyramidal base; the upper side of the basin has a torus-scotia-torus moulding all around, while the sides and underbowl are decorated with a ribbed pattern. The striking cover is hemispherical and about the same size and shape as the basin itself, with one half sliding into the other to provide an opening for access to the basin interior; the outer side is decorated with a large eye-like motif with IHS in the iris; a silver wreath on the top of the dome.
