Thurlby (2006) notes that the saltire motif on the Trefdraeth font "appears on three other Anglesey fonts: Llangaffo, Llechcynfarwy and Llanfair-yn-Neubyll" [...]. At Llechcynfarwy two-strand St Andrew's crosses in square panels to north-east, south-east and south-west, then blank, then to the north-north-west there are four lines from top right to bottom left but only two lines top left to bottom right". [NB: the basin has suffered considerable damage, including a large chunk missing from the lower side of the basin]
