Noted in Sherwood and Pevsner (1974): "Font. Norman, circular, with a blind arcade of spiral fluted columns." The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: SU6147089312] notes: "Church. C12; north transept added c.1200", and describes the font as a composite: "Romanesque circular font with blind arcade of spiral fluted pilasters, on C19 columned base."
