Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla y León (2002-) as a sandstone font of the Romanesque period; the shape of the font is typical of those in the area: a bucket-shaped basin raised on a squat round base; the only decorative motif on this basin is the roll moulding around the outer upper rim; the squat base is a separate piece. There is no font cover present but the upper rim retains an old metal staple from an old cover.
