Font Notes:
Baptismal font consisting of a hemispherical basin raised on a square pedestal; the basin sides are decorated with a set of symbols [stars. floral, etc.] inscribed in circles, below a band of slanted tiny flutes in the manner of a rope motif; the underbowl has ribbed pattern all around; the pedestal base has similar motfs on the sides; the carving and the shape is very regular. The font was apparently found buried in the neighbourhood until recently. This font is almost identical to the one in Urroz Villa, also in Navarra, although the ribbed pattern in the latter have a diagonal incline; another such, and again, not identical can be found in Ollacarizqueta
