In Newman & Pevsner (1972): "Font. Of mahogany, with dainty decoration partly classical, partly Gothick. The date is no doubt c.1820." [NB: there is no trace left of the original medieval church in this site and we have no information on the earlier baptismal font(s) of the previous church here].
