Font Notes:
Baptismal font originally from the Iglesia de Santiago Apóstol, in the same town; the hemispherical basin, probably of the late 12th or 13th century, is decorated with a double band of zigzag motig around the upper side, followed down by a ribbed pattern on th eside and underbowl, all of it very worn now; the base is very short, of two volumes, waisted in the centre; inside the basin well, a coloured ceramic insert -now used to hold the holy water- stands on a capital (?).
