Noted in Loução (2004) as an octagonal baptismal font "de origen templária". The object consists of an octagonal basin of stright vertical side, raised on an octagonal pedestal base, also plain, and an octagonal-to-square lower base or plinth; the basin sides appear badly weathered, as if the font had been outside exposed to the elements for a long time.
